Pretty much  everyone was in high spirits. There wasn't really any ODB moments this year, but you can see Rock Photographer Rhea Beumer wearing a dress, local scene star and graphic designer Matt Bogue in his Toy Garden disguise, The Blvd.'s Bill Powers took a phone call from a his girlfriend live on stage, and Matt Loi's outfit was outrageous.
