Spokane drummer, keyboardist and laptop specalist Benjamin Jorgens has been sprinkling the Internet with some of his more experimental electronic concoctions as of late.

He posted his most recent rendering, "Move" on Facebook on Sunday night, and sent a more polished version this way, along with a new promo mix he posted.

Jorgens has drummed in bands and played as a soloist around town. He appeared as an auxiliary percussionist/keyboardist for Space Opera 77 at the Sommys (see it the video panel). But he's more or less in his own class for this neck of the woods when it comes to the type of laptop music he's creating, what Jorgens described as dubstep, glitch-hop, bass music for techno nerds.

Check out an exclusive promo of Jorgens'  "Move" in the mp3 section on The Som Show front page.

Then head over to Jorgens' Soundcloud page to hear more of his stuff. He most recently posted a mashup of one of his own tracks against San Francisco artists Eprom and Mimosa.
