Krem.com just reported that the lead singer of a Spokane band has been charged with having sexual contact with a minor.

Adam Cary Ross, the lead singer of local band Blynd Spot, is accused of engaging in lewd contact with the 15-year-old daughter of the band's drummer, according to Krem.com. Detectives believe the behavior has been happening since December of 2008.

Ross' wife, Colleen Ross, the owner of "Your a Good Kid" (sic) daycare on the South Hill, was ordered to close her daycare, effective immediately, by the Washington Department of Early Learning.
