It's been two years in the making but The Som Show is proud to unveil the world premiere of organic hip-hop project, Flying Spiders, featuring yours truly on the mic backed a live band, which makes its world premiere at 10.10.10.
Flying Spiders has the makings of a local hip-hop supergroup with an all-star cast of players, including Vinnie Nickeloff (Big Wang Theory/Vax Lavala) on drums; Rajah Bose (Picture Radio) on violin and vocals; Armondo Arguello (Son Dulce, Jupiter Effect, The Longnecks) on electric and upright bass; Pete Johnson (The Longnecks) on guitar; Jamal Ali on keyboards and vox; Thuy (author of multi-media novel The Truth Lenders) on piano, Real Life Rockaz and The Groove Patrol horn players Sparky, Poncho P and more.
